These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Frisk Health (“Frisk Health”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Frisk Health.
2. Your account
You may create an account using email and password, Google Login, and later Apple Login when available. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Frisk Health may offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Billing and subscription management are handled through RevenueCat and the applicable app store payment system. Refund eligibility is subject to the rules and time periods that apply in the user’s country and through the relevant payment platform.
4. Allowed use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Frisk Health, other users, or the service.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the app for illegal activity
- Try to break into, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app, servers, or connected services
- Interfere with the experience of other users
- Misuse notifications, family features, or account systems
6. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit to Frisk Health, such as notes, profile pictures, and wellness entries. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, store, and display that content in order to operate the app and its features.
7. Family features
Frisk Health may allow separate accounts to share limited information such as names, profile pictures, cleaning plans, and meal plans. You are responsible for what you choose to share through those features.
8. Health disclaimer
Frisk Health is for general wellness, organization, and tracking only. It is not a medical device, medical service, emergency service, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Frisk Health available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of every feature, or that the app will always be error free.
10. Changes to the service
We may change, improve, pause, or remove features of the app from time to time.
11. Suspension and termination
At the moment, we do not actively operate a formal moderation or suspension process for ordinary use. However, we may later suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, or comply with law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frisk Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. No warranties
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind except where required by law.
14. Privacy
Your use of Frisk Health is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the app after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where consumer law in your country gives you mandatory rights that cannot be limited.
